What is a Booking ID? A Booking ID is a series of eight numbers (XXX-XXXXX) that is the link to a specific tour. It can be found on the information sheets or reservation form that you or your child has brought home. If you do not have this set of numbers, please consult the tour organizer. Top of Page

I have a Booking ID now how do I book a tour? To start the booking process place the Booking ID in the box on the upper right hand side of the screen under the heading "Tour Info & Registration". After clicking "GO" you will be brought to the tour information page. Click the "Register for Tour" button and you will be brought into the booking process. If a "Registration Closed" button is visible, please consult the tour organizer as the tour has either been filled or the online booking has been closed. Top of Page

What email address and password did I use to book my last tour with School Voyageurs? If you have been on a School Voyageurs' tour in the past and have provided us with an email address, you are likely to have an account on our online system. To retrieve this account click "Login" in the upper right corner of the screen and you will be taken to the account login screen. From here click "Forgot your password", enter the email address your provided to us during your last tour sign up, and click "Retrieve & Send Password" You will then receive an email to that email address with your Login information. If you do not remember the email address your provided, please call our office during regular business hours and they will be able to assist you. Top of Page

What do I do if I can no longer go on my tour? If you can no longer attend the tour, please contact our office during regular business hours so that we can assist you. Top of Page

Why can't I make additional payments online? Our payment process has changed as follows:

1. If you signed up online and paid with a credit card, your credit card will be billed on the due dates as per the payment plan outlined on the tour information sheet. There is no need to log into the website and make any additional payments because on the due date of the payment, it will be charged to the credit card you have provided.

2. If you signed up online and sent in to our office 3 postdated cheques, these cheques will be processed as per the date you have posted them for. If there are any issues with the cheques that have been sent, we encourage you to contact our office as the cheques will be processed on the date they were written for. Top of Page
 
Can I change my payment method after I have already booked my tour? In certain circumstances we will allow this to happen. Please contact our office to have this change made. Top of Page

Can I do a name change online? No, you are not able to change the name of the passenger using the online system. In order to do this, you must contact our office during regular business hours. Please note that due to the time constraints of a tour, School Voyageurs has the right to deny a name change from occurring. Top of Page

Is insurance part of my package? Insurance is not a part of every package. Depending on the tour being organized, certain types of insurance will be offered. Please refer to the Parent Information Sheet or contact your tour organizer for information regarding the insurance being offered with your tour. Top of Page

Do I need a passport? Yes, School Voyageurs requires all passengers traveling outside of their country of origin use a valid passport or proper government issued documentation. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that they have proper documentation when traveling.

What is included in my tour cost? Every School Voyageurs Tour will have a different set of inclusions. Please contact your tour organizer for more information regarding the tour inclusions. You can also refer to the Destinations section of the website for some sample itineraries of the destinations we offer. Top of Page

How many people have booked my tour thus far? In order to see the number of people that have signed up for the tour thus far, all you need to do is enter the Booking ID of the tour in the "Tour Info & Registration" and click "Go".  Once you have done this, the number of registered passengers will be displayed. When will our final itinerary be confirmed? Our goal for final itineraries is to have them available online between 21 and 30 days prior to departure, but due to certain circumstances, the publishing of the online final itinerary may be delayed. In order to see if your online itinerary has been posted, log into your account, click "GO" next to the tour, and on the home page of your tour you should see the "View Itinerary" link. If it's there, then it has been posted. Top of Page

Who will be our Tour Guide? To see who your tour guide is, log into your account and click "GO".   Next to the photos on your tour home page you will see a "Tour Guide" link. Click on that and if your tour guide has been assigned you will be able to see his/her profile. Top of Page
