Boston - Pilgrims, Witches, and Revolution
Walk in the footsteps of revolutionaries, and see where the “shot heard ‘round the world” was fired and how it shaped the destiny of North America. For an even richer experience, travel north to Salem (site of the famous witch trials of 1692) or south to Plymouth to see Plymouth Rock and visit Plimouth Plantation and the Mayflower II. Students will leave Boston with a greater understanding of the hardships faced by the first colonists, what brought the colonies to revolt, and how Boston has changed over the centuries.
